Work on your "people skills" Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is essential for business success in today's marketplace. This is why I take it personally as a realtor when a client of mines appears to be dissatisfied with my services. Customer satisfaction, to me, measures how well I met the customer's expectations. Customer satisfaction is an abstract concept and involves such factors as the quality of the product, the quality of the service provided, the atmosphere of the location where the product or service is purchased.
With that being my focus, I think I can be one of the most effective realtors serving the Hudson County, Essex County, and Union County area.
This weekend I received a message from a client; this is the reason I work so hard for my clients because of the words like these:
"If dedication and commitment had a face, It sure would be the face of Mr. McLaughlin. His time, effort and energy was truly top notch.
